About Jeffrey Lawton
After immersing himself in food culture for many years, Jeffrey attended one of the finest professional culinary arts programs available. At the Napa Valley Cooking School in St. Helena, California, he earned “highest honors” under the tutelage of Executive Chef Instructor Barbara Alexander.
Jeffrey has worked in prestigious winery kitchens and restaurants from coast to coast. Winery kitchens taught him the importance of proper food and wine pairing while working with top restaurant chefs honed his culinary and pastry skills in a high volume fine dining setting.
