"Just a bit ago I had a client that was getting married. In tandem, in two separate rooms we had a bridal party and a groom’s party. Not the traditional sort of pre-nuptial events, they had each been married before and they wanted a relaxing fun time with their closest friends while keeping up with marriage tradition.
While the ladies did a ten course dessert-only party, the men on the other side did a tasting menu made up mostly of house-made sausages, raw milk cheeses, and an assortment of nutritionally-prepared fried foods that would drive most into full-blown craving mode. These didn't.
